TOA Coconut Shredded Organic 200g

Use this shredded coconut in trail mixes, as a garnish, or as a tasty snack on its own. Dare to be different, try toasting it. Heat oven to 180. Spread coconut in a thin layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown.
