Use this chipped coconut in trail mixes, garnishes, or as a tasty snack on its own. Dare to be different, try toasting it. Heat oven to 180 °C, spread coconut in a thin layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown.
