Ginger & Molasses Spice Cookies

These Ginger & Molasses Spice Cookies are rich with golden coconut sugar, warming ginger, cinnamon, and a hint of cloves. They’re soft, chewy, and full of nostalgic flavour, a perfect match for a cup of tea or a cosy evening.

What’s Inside Your Jar

Gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and sea salt.
We’ve measured and layered it all for you, so your home baking is effortless and aromatic.

 

To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C (fan-forced).

  2. Add 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon molasses, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.

  3. Mix until combined, then roll into small balls and flatten slightly.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and fragrant.

  5. Let cool before serving.
